It’s not often that one can say they’ve truly lived a dream come true even if it’s in the most random of happenings. This happened to me last month when I signed on to be the Bar/Cocktail/Mixologist Consultant for the reboot of the Iconic Playboy Club in NYC. I was tasked to develop the bar and cocktail programs and train the bartenders and bunnies on the drinks.
